Apologies to my Stalkers

Dear fellow blog stalkers,

I apologize for my last post - you know, the one where I ranted about my weight and told you every excuse in the book about why I'm lazy? Yeah, that's the one. See, I'm a girl. And being a girl, I tend to get carried away when my hormones are running high, as they were last week. Also, when said hormones are higher than normal, they tend to make me forget to use the filter in my brain that lets me think things over before I go off on a tirade about them. Normally, when I know that the filter has been breached by enemy hormone armies, I tend to not rant out loud (or in writing) because I know that I am being completely ridiculous in my over-exaggerations, and that by ranting about it it only fuels the fire. However, last week this was not realized until a few days later. But I'm all better now - hormones have balanced out again and I can see that I may have been out of line. While what I said was completely and honestly how I was feeling at the time, I normally would have said it in a more appropriate way, with the pros and cons of how I'm feeling, as well as try to end on a positive note.

See, now that I have had time to stop and think, really I'm not all that upset or surprised by the weight gain mentioned in the previous post. Having stopped breastfeeding and then eating wonderful food, it was bound to happen. However, what I failed to mention is that already I've been watching my food intake and trying to get off my lazy butt a little more and I have noticed that the spare tire around my waist is getting smaller. I have also been going on more walks (sadly no running, but I plan on it soon) and this has also been helping.

So you to, my fellow internet and/or blogging world stalkers, I promise that I will not go on any more random rantings unless I have ensured that the filters are in place (at least somewhat) so that you don't have to hear the craziness that goes on inside my head.

Sincerely,

The Crazy Blogger

P.S. Here's a funny picture for your enjoyment. :)

It's your blog, you can say anything you want, even if it isn't always sunshines and rainbows. i love a good dose of honesty every once in a while, instead of blog stalking all of the wonderful people and their perfect lives that are out there. keep it real chica!
