Maybe Some News!

So Jon and I have been so annoyed with our house and when it's going to be torn down and built into a road. I don't even care that they're doing it anymore, I just want to know when it's going to be done! So we've been watching the website and news carefully, trying to find out how much longer we have (especially since Jon might start Pharmacy school this fall!) and we finally heard something! I guess on the news last week a few people in Jon's family heard on the news that Governer Huntsman approved the funding for the road and they all called to tell him! (Thanks guys!) So when Jon told me this I told him to look online and see if there were any updates as to when they would buy our house from us, but he couldn't find any so he emailed them to see. He got some automated response and then one of the head people there tried to call him but Jon was at work so he couldn't answer, and when he tried to call the guy back (he had given his office and cell phone numbers) the guy didn't answer. So we're just waiting for them to call us back again to see if they are going to buy our house anytime soon or not. I wish they would! I'm getting so worried about money while Jon is in school that I'd like to have the money from the equity so that we don't have to be so stressed out. Plus the idea of paying our mortgage with student loans just seems silly - it's just moving it from one loan to the other! Anyway, once we hear something I'll let you know, but I could be saying goodbye to my cute little house soon (hopefully!) :)

Oh, and we're probably going to get the internet again soon so I can actually post pictures on here! Yay! :)

How exciting! I can't help but be a little sad about them turning your cute little house into a road. You can drive your kids down that road and say... "This is where our first house was." Just take some pics so you rembember it. I may be silly but I love looking at pictures of Bryce and my first apartment. It brings back memories!
(Cute background btw)

i didn't know that your house was being threatened by a road! that's sad! with the way the market is right now though, i bet it's nice to have a guaranteed buyer. sorry i missed your party on saturday, how did it go?
