2 Years Already?!?

In commemoration of our anniversary, I thought I would do this little quiz thingy! Yay!

WHAT'S HIS/HER NAME? Jonathan David Hunter

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN MARRIED? Two years and three days as of now.

HOW LONG DID YOU DATE? We dated for 8 months - Met on March 19, 2005 and got engaged on November 5, 2005. Then it was another 6 months until we were married on May 13, 2006. Funny, since I had previously sworn never to marry someone I didn't know for at least 4 years... Funny how things work out! :)

WHO SAID "I LOVE YOU" FIRST? It was kind of a tie. I sort of insinuated it in my journal, which Jon that was so fun to read, and the day I moved to Salt Lake (three months after meeting) he read that I said that I thought that I might care for him more than he cared for me, and then right before he told me, my roommate decided to make friends and totally ruined his momentum. I eventually pushed it out of him though. So if you ask him, I said it first, but I still think it was him.

WHO SINGS BETTER? Hmmm...good question. A tie maybe?

WHO'S SMARTER? Jon thinks he is because I'm not going to school at the moment, but he's got book smarts, while I am a whiz at Superman, band, music, and random facts that don't do any good. Like knowing that all calico cats have to be female because it's impossible to have a male calico based on the genetic set up. Or that whaling is illegal in Utah. Yeah, pointless. :)

WHO PAYS THE BILLS? Jon does - I'm TERRIBLE with money! He's really good with money and saving though, so I just hand it over to him.

WHO SLEEPS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BED? Looking from the foot of the bed or laying down in it? Laying in it, I'm usually on the right, however since the last few weeks I've been working morning shifts at work and getting up before Jon, I've switched sides so that I can get the alarm and wake up without crawling over him. So we trade.

WHO MOWS THE LAWN? Jon usually does because over the last few year's I've acquired allergies.

WHO COOKS DINNER? Normally it's me - although I'm limited to boxed dinners. Jon does the creative stuff - and he cooks a fillet minion perfectly!

WHO DRIVES? Jon - I usually put on my makeup as we leave. Saves time.

WHO'S MORE STUBBORN? Ha ha, that's a toss up! Most would say that it's Jon, but I just have a different, less aggressive way of being stubborn, and I usually get my way. :)

WHO KISSED WHO FIRST? Jon did. *Hee hee* :)

WHO ASKED WHO OUT FIRST? Neither - his cousin Melissa set us up on a blind date because I was bitter. However, after spending the weekend with him and Melissa, I'm the one that gave him my number and looked him hard in the eyes when I told him to call me. It was obvious, but it worked!

WHO PROPOSED? Jon did, and it was super cute!

WHO HAS MORE SIBLINGS? Jon does. He has an older brother and sister, a twin brother (technically younger), and a younger sister, totalling 5. I have an older sister and two younger brothers totalling 4.

WHO WEARS THE PANTS? LOL, Jon thinks he does, but if you look at our house, I chose the carpet, the wood floors, the paint colors (the wall that he chose the color to got repainted my color), the countertops...yeah, I definitely wear the pants. But I help him feel manly by letting him paint my car. ;)
